Welcome to the March for Justice Dublin 2024!

Days left until the March!

Are you one of the 120,000 families affected by non-bank entities (i.e. Vulture Funds), Land Registry (Tailte Éireann) and/or families involved with TUSLA?

It’s time to act.

People are frustrated and getting angry; and understandably so. Many have been stripped of their livelihoods, businesses, life savings, pensions, financial security, self-esteem and emotional well-being. All kinds of protest groups are uniting to form a powerful coalition, channelling our collective frustrations and indignation into peaceful yet potent and hopefully persuasive protest.

Join Us In Making A Difference

The ENOUGH IS ENOUGH March for JUSTICE” is a rallying call for individuals who are fed up with fraudulent misrepresentation, scams, scandals, malpractice, malfeasance, misconduct, misselling, outright fraud, financial crime, corruption and any kind of miscarriage of justice that have victimised them and their loved ones. It’s a platform to give voice to the thousands of people in Ireland (and elsewhere) who have been failed by the regulators and any of the authorities entrusted to protect them and their rights – their Social Contract.

These Are Our Key Demands

An Inquiry into the Central Bank of Ireland: We demand a comprehensive investigation into the systemic failures of regulation that have allowed financial misconduct by banks and vulture funds to thrive in Ireland. The many issues include the grotesque conflict of interest of the regulator as the supposed guardian and protector of consumer law while regulating banks in such a lax manner. We suspect that the atrocious performance of the Central Bank of Ireland has been a contributory factor in all the carnage that has been caused and we are demanding the opportunity to expose it for what it is – a regulatory failure!

We say “Enough is Enough!”

Criminal Justice Reform: We demand reforms to the criminal justice system in Ireland to ensure that any perpetrator acting illegally or unlawfully is held to account; regardless of the size of their cheque book or what “connections in high places” they may have. Everybody in Ireland deserves justice; it is a basic human right, not a privilege reserved for the elite. Ordinary people must be treated fairly by the Courts, even if they are victims of powerful banks, vulture funds or organisations that carry a great degree of influence. There have been far too many ‘interesting’ decisions by the courts where the victims have not been given a fair hearing.

We say “Enough is Enough!”

Enough is Enough!

because one avoidable suicide is too many; and there have been thousands!

because the Central Bank of Ireland is not fit for purpose as a conduct regulator; it repeatedly lunges from one catastrophic regulatory failure to another

because it’s time to demand a total shake-up of the way the justice system works in Ireland – too many innocent victims are being denied justice because those that have caused the harm are powerful and can unfairly influence judicial proceedings and outcomes

because the human cost and suffering caused by financial crime and the appallingly ineffective response by the authorities is as bad if not worse in Ireland as it is in the UK

because people have lost confidence in the Central Bank of Ireland as a regulator. It needs to be robustly reformed, or if necessary abolished and replaced with a new organisation that is free of conflicts of interests, focusing on just the protection of consumers interests, rather like the USA’s Consumer Financial Protection Bureau

because the Gardai are consistently failing to hold perpetrators accountable for their actions. Victims of crime are left feeling betrayed by a justice system that allows perpetrators to act with impunity whilst victims are failed

because there is far too much serious, systemic wrongdoing taking place; the people of Ireland are fed up with all the collusion, cover up and corruption that has been going on
